  12.          o To help in the speedy processing of your registration,  all
  13.            items on the registration form  should be filled out and be
  14.            correct without error, and posted in with your money.
  15.  
  16.          o For cheques and money  orders you should read the documents
  17.            AMERICA.REG, EUROPE.REG,  AUST.REG and ASIA.REG for details
  18.            on how to  send in your  cheques and  money orders,  ie. to
  19.            register in the  United States or Canada you would register
  20.            at  the  North  American   Registration  Site  and  cheques
  21.            therefore  should be  made out to  TopSoft  Software in  US
  22.            dollars.

  24.          o If you need a receipt of your payment to be returned to you
  25.            with your letter of  registration then  please make a clear
  26.            note that you  wish for a receipt.  Your local  aurthorised
  27.            registration  site  will   return  the  receipt  with  your
  28.            registration details and serial number.

  51.          Please note that the prices  below are the recommended prices
  52.          only and that at some  registration sites the prices may vary
  53.          according  to the  local exchange rates,  you are  advised to
  54.          logon to the registration sites  BBS to check price and other
  55.          details.

  57.          There are three types of registrations, detailed below:
  58.  
  59.               Non-Commercial:                        (Rec. US$38)
  60.               Noncommercial systems are those that are run  in  a
  61.               private  residence,  and are not run  for a profit,
  62.               or for  commercial gain.  Registration will  be for
  63.               one  programme  and  for  one  person.  All  future
  64.               versions and upgrades will be free of charge unless
  65.               notified prior to the release of a major update.

  67.               Single Commercial:                     (Rec. US$59)
  68.               A system is  considered  commercial if it is either
  69.               run  from a  commercial  site or run for  profit or
  70.               commercial gain,  if the  system is  run by a  non-
  71.               profit organisation,  such  as a fund  raiser,  you
  72.               should  contact your local  authorised registration
  73.               site.  Registration  will be for one  programme and
  74.               for one person.  All future  versions and  upgrades
  75.               will be free of charge unless notified prior to the
  76.               release of a major update.

  78.               Multiple Commercial License                 ($Call)
  79.               This  special  registration can be  tailored to the
  80.               need  of the  company registering  the product,  it
  81.               will provide for a limited  or unlimted license and
  82.               will  entitle  a  company  to  have  a  limited  or
  83.               unlimited  number  of   registered  copies  of  the
  84.               programme. These copies may be used internally only
  85.               or may be for distribution to clients. Your company
  86.               can  request a special  version containing  company
  87.               details in the actual programme,which may be passed
  88.               to  your  clients.   Please  contact  your  nearest
  89.               registration site and present all details so that a
  90.               contract may be  drawn up and a dollar value placed
  91.               on the license.

  160.               Nicht- Kommerzieller Einsatz ist,  wenn  Communiqué
  161.               privat zu  Hobbyzwecken  benutzt  wird,  auf  einem
  162.               privaten System,  und wenn damit kein  Finanzieller
  163.               Gewinn erzielt wird. Die Registrierung ist fuer ein
  164.               Programm und fuer eine Person. Alle Updates  werden
  165.               kostenfrei sein  sofern es sich nicht um ein vorher
  166.               angekuendigtes grundsaetzliches Update handelt.

  176.               ist fuer ein Programm und fuer  eine  Person.  Alle
  177.               Updates werden kostenfrei sein sofern es sich nicht
